Register for KS Basketball Camp

Please read the event details carefully before submitting registration.

Date: Sunday, August 9, 2026

Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Check‑In: Please bring campers between 11:15 AM and 11:45 AM to allow the event to start on time.

Location: Joel Barrett Boys & Girls Club, 202 Maple Ave, Beloit, Wisconsin

Age Range: Open to all youth ages 8–16

Cost: A $5.00 donation to the Stateline Boys & Girls Club (collected during check‑in)

Registration Requirements

  • Please include your camper’s shirt size and specify Youth or Adult. (Example: Youth M or Adult S)
  • Include an emergency contact and phone number.
  • List any medical notes (allergies, medications, inhaler, etc.).
